It was a busy month in July with 1,861 homes selling in San Antonio with an average sales price for a single family home of $186,635 (in June 1,809 homes sold with an average home price of $190,142). In June the top price range was between $120,000 - $139,999 with 228 homes sold.
The top 3 price ranges in July:
$200,000 to $249,999 with 215 homes sold
$120,000 to $139,999 with 202 homes sold
$100,000 to $119,999 with 192 homes sold
As of July 31, 2009:
Number of homes pending: 1154 homes/average price $174,965 and 26 condos/average price $115,732.
Number of homes on the market as of July 31, 2009: 11,851 and 542 condos
